Bartek picked us up from a late flight into Krakow. He messaged ahead of our arrival, asking to let him know when we landed. We did and he was seconds away when we got through to arrivals. Friendly, polite, clean and comfortable vehicle. Safe driver and got us to our destination in no time. Would recommend and will certainly use again.

I booked Bartek for an airport pick in Krakow. Flight was delayed leaving Shannon by 1.5 hrs. I text ahead to advise if same. When I turn in my phone at the airport a message from Bartek to say just text when you are leaving customs and I will be with you in a few minutes. Gir through the long queue in customs and text Bartek and within 5 minutes he was at the airport. Beautiful Black Mercedes Vehicle clean and spacious. Dropped us at hotel and we arranged a return pick from hotel to airport on our departure. I have recommended him to family and friends going to Cracow for Christmas Markets. Reliable and a nice guy.
